“I Prepared My mind For Trolls After VGMA”-Kidi Reveals

Lynx Entertainment signed artist, Dennis Nana Kwaku Dwamena, well known as Kidi has revealed that he had to psyche himself for social media trolls after he failed to win the artist of the year at the last edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

According to the “Touch It” crooner, he had to prepare himself for trolls on social media after losing the prestigious honor to the gospel musician, Diana Hamilton.

Speaking with Doreen Avio on Lets Talk Showbiz, on Tuesday, Kidi who won about four awards consistently that very night said he expected the trolls, when the award did not go his way, thus he was not perturbed by it.

“I’ve had the trolling experience even before I became an artist. I remember the first suit I wore to VGMA, what Twitter did to me? So I know how these things go. Somebody has to be the scapegoat someway somehow and when it happened, I think I had set myself up by saying that I will be back. So I expected everything to happen the way that it happened,” he said.

Meanwhile, award-winning rapper, Samuel Adu Frimpong, well known as AMG Medikal has set records straight, blowing his own trumpets as he describes himself as a modern-day Albert Einstein on a street level.

Medikal has established himself as one of Ghana’s most productive hip-hop artists. He has worked with some of Ghana’s most talented musicians, indicating that he has the ability to achieve even greater success.

Medikal appears to be an unstoppable force in the Ghanaian and African music industries, thanks to his hard work and enthusiasm.
